Employees can now request their insurance certificates themselves

2024 kicks off with an exciting development! While the beginning of the year is traditionally a time filled with administrative tasks, we're introducing a significant improvement to simplify your life: from now on, your employees can manage their certificates of insurance completely independently. This excellent progress is advantageous for all!​

From now on, let your employees request their own insurance certificates 

From now on, your employees can request certificates of insurance for themselves and for affiliated family members. This empowers them with greater control and assurance, while simultaneously reducing your administrative workload. The hassle of managing and distributing insurance paperwork is no longer your concern. Your employees can complete the whole process themselves, whenever and wherever it's convenient for them.

How does it work?

It's easy!

  1. Your employees log in to MyAG Employee Benefits, available via the app or on desktop.
  2. They go to the 'Healthcare' tile and click on 'My certificates of insurance’.
  3. They choose the 'Request a certificate of insurance’ option, indicate the reason why the document is needed and then click 'Request a certificate of insurance’. As soon as we have received all the information, the certificate will be visible under ‘View my certificates’.



Empower your employees

​By enabling your employees to independently request their insurance certificates, you're granting them increased control and accountability. They're no longer dep​endent on you to initiate the request; instead, they can handle it swiftly in just a few clicks. This not only conserves your time and energy but also boosts employee satisfaction.

Encourage your employ​ees to take advantage of this new feature by directing them to the provided 'How to​' guide. It offers a clear, step-by-step walkthrough on how to request a certificate of insurance quickly and easily.

Of course, you still have the option to request certificates of insurance on behalf of your employees using the standard method. The choice is yours, allowing you to opt for the method that best suits your needs.
