Flexible by design
Based on your budget and your headcount, it’s up to you to select:
the deductible: EUR 0, EUR 75 or EUR 125
the maximum cap: EUR 500, EUR 1,250 or EUR 2,500
the reimbursement rate: up to 80% (50% per default for paramedical treatment)

Ambucare Flexible is available to companies with a headcount of at least 15.

What exactly is covered?

​​Ambucare Flexible provides your staff members with year-round coverage for their outpatient care expenses, even when unrelated to a hospital stay.

Outpatient care coverage include:

Outpatient medical treatment

  • doctors’ appointments, house calls, technical medical services and minor surgery
  • nurse-administered treatment, kinesitherapy and physiotherapy
  • radiology, medical imaging and laboratory analyis

Pharmaceutical products, orthopedic devices and eyewear

  • licenced medication and bandages sold in pharmacies
  • eyeglass frames (up to EUR 85), eyeglasses, contact lenses and hearing aids
  • bandages and splints
  • orthopedic devices and artificial limbs

Dental care and dental prosthetics

  • dental treatment
  • crowns, bridges and implants
  • orthodontic treatment and devices such as braces

      => This coverage can also be provided separated via Dental Flex.

Additional coverage for paramedical treatment

       Partial coverage (50%) can be claimed for :

  • consultations with a psychologist, nutritionist, podiatrist or speech pathologist
  • consultations with an osteopath, chiropractor, homeopath or acupuncturist
  • homeopathic remedies

with no waiting period, i.e. coverage effective immediately upon enrolment

MyAG Employee Benefits 

It's a secure, user-friendly app and platform for plan participants to find out everything they want to know about their corporate-sponsored group insurance. On the app, your employees can access their covers, anytime and anywhere. All of the MyAG Employee Benefits features are also available via your computer, but the services are only accessible via the MyAG Employee Benefits app.
