Every year, we send the status on 1 January for each of our customers to mypension.be. Since 2019, the deadline for submission is August 31. What impact will this deadline have on your plan participants' benefits statements?
Mypension.be is the government website that consolidates all the information about statutory and supplementary pensions in Belgium in one single place.
As a pension organisation, it is AG's duty to ensure that this data is available and accurate. So are all employees informed via mypension.be of the value of their accrued reserves and receive at the same time a benefits statement.
What will AG be doing?
As the deadline is 31 August 2020, we will start our preparatory work early July in order to provide mypension.be with the new data on time.

You don’t have to do anything, we’ll take care of everything:
How will your staff members be notified?
If they have access to My Global Benefits, your staff members will be notified by e-mail. Otherwise, they will receive a paper version of their benefits statement.
