My Global Benefits makes HR management easier than ever

​This truly is its primary purpose: My Global Benefits was specifically designed to lighten your administrative burden and streamline employee benefits-related communication with your staff members. This way, you save valuable time that you can use to carry out other essential tasks.​


For example, the last time we upgraded this site, we took the new IPID (Insurance Product Information Document) legislation into account as an opportunity to reduce your paperwork.​

​Introduced by an EU directive, the IPID is a mandatory standardised summary sheet for staff members that highlights the scope of their covers (only for non-life products). In addition to containing concise, easily digestible information, this document also has to comply with certain layout requirements. It is not, however, a substitute for the detailed information available on My Global Benefits​.

While insurers are legally required to provide employers with this document, it is then the employers’ responsibility to distribute it to their staff.

The IPIDs are available for you on this website. Click on 'Forms​' ​at the top of the page and check the IPIDs per type of product.

IPID on My Global Benefits


As a time-saving gesture, IPID summary sheets are now available on​ My Global Benefits​.

Your staff members only have to log in to ​My Global Benefits​​​ for immediate access to these documents. Alternatively, these documents are also available for their review on the public portal of My Global Benefits under 'Forms​'.
